Overview
Vex is a burst mage who excels at punishing mobility, controlling fights with fear, and turning resets into aggressive follow-up. She is especially effective against champions who rely on dashes and chaotic entries.
Strengths
- Excellent against mobility-heavy champions
- Strong burst and reset threat
- Useful crowd control and pick setup
- Can punish chaotic entries well
- Very good at swinging skirmishes
Weaknesses
- Lower comfort into long-range control lanes
- Can struggle if burst fails to finish
- Needs good entry judgment with ultimate
- Can be exposed if she dives too hard
- Less threatening if enemies play slow and disciplined
Early Game
In the early game Vex should focus on controlled trades, wave management, and punishing enemies who rely too much on aggressive movement. She wins a lot by turning enemy action against them.
Mid Game
Mid game is where Vex becomes very dangerous in picks and resets. If one target falls at the right time, she can quickly turn that into much more.
Late Game
In late game fights Vex should be selective about when she commits, using fear and burst to punish valuable targets without overexposing herself.
Tips & Tricks
- Mobility-heavy enemies often make your job easier.
- Resets can turn one kill into a full fight swing.
- Do not overforce ultimate entries.
- You punish impatience very well.
- Controlled aggression is stronger than panic diving.
