Overview
Wukong is a teamfight-oriented bruiser who excels at flanking, disrupting grouped enemies, and creating strong engage value with his ultimate. He becomes especially dangerous when he finds angles onto multiple targets and turns one good entry into full teamfight control.
Strengths
- Excellent teamfight disruption
- Strong engage and flank potential
- Very dangerous against grouped enemies
- Useful mix of damage and durability
- Can create huge value from one clean entry
Weaknesses
- Can struggle if denied access to grouped targets
- Less comfortable when fights are too spread out
- Needs good entry timing
- Can be punished if he goes too deep alone
- Value drops if ultimate is wasted poorly
Early Game
In the early game Wukong should focus on smart trades, stable progression, and finding fight windows that let him build toward strong mid game impact. He does not need random chaos to become useful later.
Mid Game
Mid game is where Wukong becomes a major teamfight and skirmish threat. If enemies group too tightly or fail to track flank angles, he can completely break the fight open.
Late Game
In late game fights Wukong should look for controlled entries on valuable clustered targets rather than rushing blindly. He is strongest when his engage gives the entire team easy follow-up.
Tips & Tricks
- Grouped enemies greatly increase your value.
- Flank angles are often better than frontal forcing.
- Your ultimate can decide entire fights.
- You need timing, not panic aggression.
- One clean engage can be worth more than several weak entries.
