Overview
Elise is an early game AP jungler who excels at tower dives, aggressive pathing, and punishing weak lanes. Her two-form kit gives her flexibility in skirmishes and allows her to snowball quickly if she finds early kills. Elise is strongest when she creates tempo before scaling junglers can stabilize.
Strengths
- Very strong early game pressure
- Excellent tower dive potential
- Good burst damage and target access
- Strong tempo when ahead
- Useful pick potential with cocoon
Weaknesses
- Falls off if early pressure fails
- Needs good pathing and lane reading
- Can struggle into durable frontlines
- Less reliable late game than scaling junglers
- Wasted early time hurts her a lot
Early Game
In the early game Elise should prioritize efficient pathing into high-value gank or dive opportunities. She gains huge value by attacking weak lanes early and denying the enemy team a stable laning phase.
Mid Game
Mid game Elise should keep tempo high through picks, vision pressure, and fast objective setups. She is still very dangerous if ahead, but she needs to keep creating advantages before enemy scaling takes over.
Late Game
In late game fights Elise must be more selective. She should look for isolated or mispositioned targets instead of trying to front-to-back like a scaling carry. Good picks matter more than raw damage at this stage.
Tips & Tricks
- Tempo is one of Elise's biggest strengths, do not waste it.
- Attack weak lanes early before they stabilize.
- Tower dives are strongest when lane state is already favorable.
- Look for picks instead of extended front-to-back fights later on.
- Missing cocoon can remove most of your threat in a play.
