Overview

Sona is a scaling enchanter support who excels at teamwide utility, sustained healing, and making grouped fights easier for her team. She starts fragile, but over time becomes one of the most efficient backline value champions when allowed to play safely.

Strengths

Weaknesses

  • Weak to hard engage and burst
  • Needs safe positioning at all times

  • Less useful if denied space to cast repeatedly

Early Game

In the early game Sona should focus on surviving lane, trading carefully, and avoiding overexposure. She becomes far more valuable later if she gets through lane without falling too far behind.

Mid Game

Mid game is where Sona starts becoming noticeably more useful if she has reached key support and haste thresholds. Her repeated healing and utility can heavily swing extended fights.

Late Game

In late game fights Sona can provide enormous value if she is kept alive. She works best when she is free to continuously cycle spells and strengthen multiple allies.

Tips & Tricks

  • Staying alive is one of your highest priorities.
  • Your scaling utility is your real win condition.
  • You do not need to force lane to be useful later.
  • Grouped allies massively increase your value.
  • Repeated safe spell cycling matters more than risky hero plays.
