Overview

Tristana is a marksman with explosive all-in potential, strong tower pressure, and excellent scaling into later stages. She can function as both an aggressive lane bully and a scaling carry depending on how the game develops.

Strengths

  • Strong all-in threat in lane
  • Excellent tower pressure
  • Good self-peel and repositioning tools
  • Scales well into later game
  • Can punish weak lanes very hard

Weaknesses

  • Can overcommit if played too aggressively
  • Needs good jump timing
  • Can be punished by heavy control
  • Less safe if behind and outranged
  • Mistakes in all-ins are punished hard

Early Game

In the early game Tristana should look for lane control, explosive all-in windows, and moments where enemy bot lanes cannot safely answer her jump threat.

Mid Game

Mid game is where Tristana can pressure side lanes, towers, and skirmishes very effectively if she has maintained tempo. Her mix of burst and objective pressure is very valuable.

Late Game

In late game fights Tristana becomes a serious carry threat with strong self-peel and scaling damage. She can play aggressively, but only if her entries stay controlled.

  • Your jump timing often decides whether a fight is won or thrown.
  • Tower pressure is one of your biggest strengths.
  • Do not mistake all-in potential for permission to force everything.
  • Your scaling gives you options later.
