Overview
Draven is an aggressive lane-dominant marksman who thrives on early pressure, snowballing kills, and overwhelming enemies with raw damage. He is one of the most threatening ADCs in lane when played confidently. If Draven gets ahead, he can take over games before many carries have time to scale.
Strengths
- Extremely strong lane bullying
- Very high early damage
- Can snowball games from lane advantage
- Threatens kills constantly in aggressive lanes
- Strong pressure on weak scaling bot lanes
Weaknesses
- Falls off in value if early lead is lost
- Very punishable when caught
- Needs strong mechanics and positioning
- Can struggle against heavy range or lockdown
- High pressure playstyle can backfire badly
Early Game
In the early game Draven should pressure every last hit he can contest and threaten hard trades whenever the lane state allows it. He wants to build lane priority, deny comfort, and force the enemy bot lane to play under constant pressure.
Mid Game
Mid game is where Draven can still dominate if he built an early lead. He should use that advantage to pressure objectives, force skirmishes, and punish any weak side rotations. If he is even or behind, he must play much more carefully.
Late Game
In late game fights Draven still deals huge damage, but positioning becomes much more important than lane dominance. He cannot rely only on raw pressure anymore and needs to survive long enough to keep attacking safely.
Tips & Tricks
- Lane pressure is your biggest weapon, use it well.
- Do not throw leads away with reckless greed.
- Positioning matters more as the game gets longer.
- Play around strong supports that can help force fights.
- Snowballing early is ideal, but controlled aggression is still better than chaos.
