Overview
Vel'Koz is an artillery mage who excels at long-range poke, zone control, and punishing enemies before they can ever reach a fight properly. He becomes especially dangerous when his team gives him the time and space to fire from safe distance.

Weaknesses
- Very low mobility
- Can be punished hard by dive and flank
- Needs protection and spacing
- Less effective if forced into close-range chaos

Early Game
In the early game Vel'Koz should focus on lane control, repeated poke, and keeping opponents uncomfortable from range. He gains value by winning health wars rather than brute all-ins.
Mid Game
Mid game is where Vel'Koz becomes a major objective and siege threat if he is protected. He can make grouped enemy movement extremely costly.
Late Game
In late game fights Vel'Koz should play entirely around safe angles, poke pressure, and uninterrupted damage windows. He is strongest when enemies cannot reach him cleanly.

- Distance is one of your greatest strengths.
- You want fights to begin with the enemy already damaged.
- Dive and flank are your biggest dangers.
- Good angles matter more than panic casting.
- Protected artillery damage can win fights alone.
